Ms. Selzer has over 30 years of experience in community development finance, tax, international business, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution.

Since 2007, as a member of Ariel Ventures LLC, Ms. Selzer has provided comprehensive NMTC consulting and compliance services, including deal structuring, financial and cash flow modeling, accounting, policies and procedures, compliance and reporting, writing NMTC allocation applications, and assisting clients in working with the US CDFI Fund and IRS, including audit support.

Prior to joining Ariel Ventures, Ms. Selzer provided international tax consulting services as a Managing Director at KPMG LLP. During her 13 years at KPMG, she performed complex multi-national tax/economic analyses; consulted on tax credits and other tax incentives; represented clients in complex IRS negotiations; and fielded worldwide questions regarding taxation of inter-company transactions.

Ms. Selzer has been active in the community throughout her professional life. She is a co-founder and officer of Ray of Light International, a charity that focuses on meeting basic physical and educational needs of destitute women, children, disabled and elderly people in developing countries. She has been involved as a board member and/or volunteer with organizations including Cleveland Reads, Women in International Trade, and various local nonprofits supporting children, mental health, parks, and more.

Ms. Selzer is a licensed Ohio attorney and CPA. She holds a JD and MBA from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of General Studies from Kent State University.
